Attention Hunters:

When dropping your deer off, please keep in mind that Bryan's Meat Cutting is not responsible for the outside temperature.

No deer will go into refrigeration until they are skinned by our employees!

Make sure your deer is properly field-dressed!

We check our dock periodically and take care of the deer. Please don't think that you can drop your deer off;Â and it becomes Bryan's responsibility.
Venison Specialty Products

Our Venison specialty products are made in January–April, depending on how many products we have to make. Unless you have your entire deer made into specialty products or tenderloins and specialty products, you will be called to pick up your deer and called again to pick up your specialty products. In other words, you will make 2 trips for your deer. Please keep this in mind when ordering!

All venison that is brought in for Specialty Products must be in clear Ziploc bags with the Hunter's name and phone number on them.

NO MORE garbage bags or cheap "Thank You" bags.

Anything other than a clear Ziploc bag will be turned away!
Note: All ground specialty products will return 1.5 times the original amount of meat. Venison Product are made from January until completion. Orders will be filled accordingly.

Attention Deer Hunters
Pennsylvania Game Law requires that the Tag provided with your hunting license be filled out completely and attached to the ear of your deer. The tag may not be removed from the head until your deer has been skinned, and the head removed from the Deer Processor's Premises. By Law, Deer Processors CANNOT accept untagged Deer.
No GROUND MEAT will be accepted for Specialty Products.
If you are here to drop a deer off, and we are closed, you may still drop it off by taking it out back to the dock and tagging it using one of our tags!
When dropping your deer off, please keep in mind that Bryan's Meat Cutting is not responsible for the outside temperature.
No deer will be allowed inside the facility to be skinned between the hours of 6:30-3:00, Mon-Fri, due to USDA Rules!
No deer will go into refrigeration until they are skinned by our employees!
Make sure your deer is properly field-dressed!
Tip: It helps if you put a bag of ice in the chest cavity to keep the temperature down!
Game Processing Requirements and Information

Only Clean, boneless meats will be accepted for specialty products. The meat you bring will be tagged with your name, and when we thaw it out to be used, you will be notified to return and pick it up. Otherwise, we will discard it.

We do not accept any skinned deer.

We do not accept any bone meat for our specialty products (this includes hind quarters).

We do not cut off any horns. Please do not send anyone here with a deer who cannot cut the horns off! We will provide a saw to cut them off.

We do not cut canning meat, species, or stew meat.

All meat must be picked up as soon as you are called. If not, storage charges will be applied.

Please do not call to check on your orders. We will not promise any dates for when the meat will be finished. Venison products are processed only on weekends, taking a significant amount of time to complete orders.
